PURCHASING TEXTBOOKS*
DEAR CARDINAL NEWMAN FAMILIES:
Different options are available for you to purchase your student’s textbooks. The options are listed below with details and links to websites, forms and instructions.
Importantly, please plan to order your textbooks before the start of school, so students will be prepared for class the first day of school. Should you have any questions or concerns, please call Nancy Briggs at (803) 782-2814 extension 31.
MBS DIRECT: OFFICIAL ONLINE BOOKSELLER

MBS Direct will be offering free shipping with orders $99.00 or more.
CARDINAL NEWMAN BOOKLIST
The 2010-2011 Cardinal Newman Booklist is included on the Cardinal Newman School website for your convenience. The booklist has the books that will be used for each course. Please note that MBS Direct pricing is competitive and you may want to review the MBS Direct prices before purchasing at alternate sources.
Important Note: Books may have the same title, but different ISBN numbers. The ISBN numbers listed on the booklist are the ones used in class. Only purchase books for the ISBN numbers listed to ensure it is the correct version of the book (i.e., correct page numbers and material). Please also review any notes listed on the spreadsheet along with the textbooks for information that should be considered when ordering your books.
Change starting with the 2010-2011 school year: Workbooks must be new. Teachers have encountered many problems with missing and marked pages in used workbooks. This only involves workbooks! Used textbooks can still be purchased***
